CleanPod service
CleanPod provides a platform for homeowners to book cleaning services and for independent cleaning professionals to accept and complete eligible jobs. Booking details, the binding price, inclusions, and any add-ons are shown before payment.
Payments, changes, and cancellations
Clients authorize the displayed one-time charge. Reschedules within 24 hours incur a 25% fee, and cancellations within 24 hours incur a 100% fee, as disclosed before confirmation. Approved refunds, disputes, and cleaner payouts are processed through Stripe.
SMS program terms
CleanPod arrival alerts are optional account notifications. If you opt in, message frequency is one SMS per booking when the cleaner is on the way. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or END to opt out. Reply START to opt back in and HELP or INFO for help. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed. Support is available at operations@cleanpod.app.
Accounts and acceptable use
Users must provide accurate information, protect account access, and use the service lawfully. Cleaners must meet onboarding, identity, safety, and quality requirements before taking live work. CleanPod may restrict accounts to protect users, payments, or the platform.
