Information CleanPod uses
CleanPod uses account, property, booking, payment, location, cleaner, support, and service-quality information to provide and secure the cleaning marketplace. Payment card details are handled by Stripe; CleanPod stores provider identifiers rather than full card numbers.
SMS and mobile information
If you separately opt in, CleanPod uses your mobile number to send one service alert per booking when your cleaner is on the way. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Messaging vendors may process the number only to deliver and protect the service.
Email and service communications
Booking confirmations, receipts, account recovery, changes, and support responses are sent by email. You may also receive in-app operational updates.
Choices, retention, and security
You can update notification settings, download account data, or request deletion from your account. CleanPod retains records when reasonably needed for service delivery, fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations, and audit requirements. Access controls, encryption in transit, and provider security controls are used to protect data.
